Scholarships on Bachelor of Health Sciences programs
The College offers many scholarships to motivate and encourage students to develop and enhance knowledge and to pursue academic education. The maximum duration of the scholarship is four years for bachelor's programs and two years for diploma programs. The amount of the scholarship is determined after a comprehensive evaluation of the papers submitted by. Scholarships range between 10% to 50% from tuition fees only.
The Emirates College of Technology holds an open day in its campus in Abu Dhabi city on Tuesday, 17 September 2019 to welcome prospective students, who are interested in joining its programs. The students are receiving the opportunity to meet with professors from different departments and ask them questions about the programs and related topics. Our undergraduate Open Day gives students the perfect opportunity to hear first-hand from our current students and teaching staff about living and learning in ECT. Students learn about subjects that they are interested in, meet current students and staff, know our campus and facilities, and get a real feel for ECT student life.
ERT delegation visited the Emirates College of Technology on September 9 -12, 2019, for renewal of licensure. The external review team commended the ECT Quality Management System and recommended the College for re-licensure. On Sunday 8th September, the entire Emirates College of Technology staff and faculty assembled to greet one another, catch up on the latest university news, new policies, and meet new members. Prof. Abdul Rahim Sabouni, the President and CEO, presided over the meeting, welcomed everyone back on campus and made university announcements. The president announced that E.C.T is launching several new programs in engineering and medicine that will provide students with the skill sets to succeed in the world of tomorrow and leverage the University’s global network of alumni and friends to prepare graduates for both immediate and long-lasting success.
A delegation from Bureau Veritas visited the Emirates College of Technology (ECT) for ISO 9001:2015 re-certification audit on July 9, 2019. The auditors commended the ECT Quality Management System and recommended the College for re-certification. This is recognition of our continuous improvement and the hard work and commitment of all ECT staff led by IRQA team to maintain the highest level of quality in all ECT operations.

A delegation of officials from the Ministry of Education (MOE) visited the Emirates College of Technology (ECT) on June 23 -25, 2019. During the visit, the delegation explained the motivation behind the MOE visit to ECT on follow up compliance inspection and noted with appreciation the good progress made at ECT. The delegation also had an insightful engagement with ECT senior management on a variety of topics such as health and safety issues, context, project phases & timelines.
